Picture this: you're enjoying a walk in the forest in France, and a chatty Frenchman walking his dog strikes up a casual convo with you. It's a lovely, spontaneous interaction, just enjoying being two humans with mouths and ears. Let's say his name is Bernard.
Would you understand his stories?
Today's voice note aims to prepare you for that — featuring Bernard. The little scenario I described above is actually exactly what happened to me this morning.
Bernard told me a lovely story and I asked him if he'd be okay with me recording it so that my learners get to enjoy it, too. He said oui, pas de problème.
